Membership Dues

There are some dues that are consistent among all clubs in the United States. Clubs vary in the amount of dues they charge for things like educational supplies and social events.

  • New Member Fee: All new members pay a one time fee of $20.00.

  • Toastmasters International Dues: All members pay Toastmasters International dues of $4.50 per month. This entitles you to a monthly magazine, plus a number of other membership benefits.

  • Club Dues: These vary among clubs. Club dues are used to purchase educational supplies or for social events. T-Toasters tends to be a more affordable club by charging just $2.00 per month.

$78.00 - Per Year

In essence, for a maximum of $98.00 in your first year, and only $78.00 every subsequent year, you will be a part of the world's largest organization designed to improve your ability to communicate with others and to lead people. That's just over $1.50 per meeting. T-Toasters divides up the payment and charges members $39.00 every six months.

What you receive:

A new member will receive a Communication and Leadership manual, a monthly Toastmasters International magazine, and a chance to participate in almost 50 club meetings each and every year. As a Toastmaster, you will be invited to a number of conferences and seminars to help you improve in many facets of your life.

Toastmasters clubs can be found all over the world. When you travel, you can visit one if you would like. If life's journey calls for you to move away from Atlanta, you can also transfer your membership.

What you can do:

The Communications and Leadership manual contains 10 speech projects. When you have completed these speeches, you will have earned the title of Competent Toastmaster (CTM).

After your CTM, you will be able to choose two advanced manuals (out of 16) and work toward becoming an Accomplished Toastmaster (ATM). Ultimately, after many more advanced manuals, you can become a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). Along the way, you can also become a Competent Leader (CL). You will also have the opportunity, should you be interested, in holding a club officer position. Please contact any of the club officers should you have questions regarding T-Toasters.
