What is a Competent Toastmaster? |

Being a Competent Toastmaster means you've accomplished the ten speeches in the Communication and Leadership manual. Most people generally earn their CTM (Competent Toastmaster level) within a year to a year and a half. This heavily depends on how much time you devote to Toastmasters, how many meetings you attend, and how many spaces are open on the upcoming meeting schedule.
