T-Toasters at Vinings has members at all levels - from those have haven't given their first speech to those who have been with the club many years and have given many speeches. That's one of the assets of the club - brand new members can learn from those more experienced members. And at the same time, the experienced speakers are there to support and assist new members in their efforts to improve.
